Vanette was born on April 13, 1998 and arrived at Mercy & Sharing Village on October 4, 2001 when she was four years old. According to her housemother, Clermetilde Antilus, Vanette is very smart, sure of herself, and direct in conversation. She likes acting and drama and is very creative in thinking about roles she could play.

Vanette’s good friend is named Francky and they are in school together at Mercy & Sharing Village. Vanette is in the 8th grade. Her favorite foods are eggs and juice.

She is a lovely & healthy young woman. Vanette is very bright and is a leader at Mercy & Sharing Village. Over time, we have increased her responsibilities and think she will be a valuable employee for Mercy & Sharing or another organization when she is older.

Her favorite color is green and favorite song is “More Love”. Vannette has a beautiful voice, sings in the choir, and is worship leader in church. Vanette is also a gifted artist. She has a delicate touch with her brush when painting either wildlife scenes or human forms.
